TPX is a private MLS and property syndication platform designed to connect real estate agencies, offices and property networks. It allows participating members to share selected property inventory while continuing to operate their own websites and manage their own listings.
TPX is designed for estate-agent associations, franchise groups, multi-office agencies, developer sales networks and other organisations that need a controlled way to share property inventory between multiple websites or members.
No. TPX is designed primarily as the infrastructure behind a private property network. Properties can be exchanged and syndicated between authorised participants rather than being placed into an unrestricted public marketplace.
No. TPX is designed to connect existing property websites rather than replace them. Participating agencies can continue using their own websites, branding and normal property-management workflow.
Yes. A network can begin with a small group of agencies or offices in one location and expand to cover a region, country or larger organisation as membership grows.
Participating agencies choose which properties they want to make available to their network. TPX maintains the central property record and makes approved inventory available for authorised members to syndicate to their own websites.
No. The originating agency decides which properties are made available to the network. Properties that should remain private can continue to be managed normally without being syndicated.
The originating agency remains the source and authoritative owner of the property record. Syndication allows another member to market the listing without transferring control of the original property.
A syndicated copy does not become the authoritative property record. Core property information remains controlled by the originating agency and can be synchronized to participating websites.
When the originating agency withdraws a property from the network, its active syndicated copies can be removed from publication so participating websites do not continue marketing a property that is no longer available to them.
Yes. TPX is being developed specifically to integrate with Houzez, allowing agencies to continue managing properties through the familiar Houzez environment while connecting their websites to the TPX network.
The TPX Houzez Connector allows the originating agency to choose whether a property should be made available to its TPX network. Selected property information is then synchronized with the central TPX property record.
TPX can synchronize important property information including titles, descriptions, prices, bedrooms, bathrooms, property types, features, locations, coordinates, availability and property images.
The originating property remains the authoritative source. Changes to important property information can be distributed to active syndicated copies, helping participating websites maintain consistent listing information.
The TPX Houzez Connector is designed to create genuine local Houzez property records on participating websites. This allows syndicated properties to work with normal Houzez functionality rather than simply displaying remotely hosted listings.

Membership is controlled by the organisation operating the network. This could include approved independent agencies, franchise offices, branches, developers, sales partners or other authorised property professionals.
Yes. TPX is designed around controlled membership. Network administrators can determine which agencies and offices are authorised to participate in their private network.
Yes. Participating members continue operating their own websites and brands. TPX provides the underlying property-sharing infrastructure without requiring every member to use the same public-facing website.
Yes. TPX can provide the central infrastructure for a franchise network while individual offices retain their local websites and property operations. Network permissions and participation can be managed centrally.
Yes. TPX is intended to be scalable. Additional agencies, offices and websites can be added as the network develops without requiring the property exchange to be rebuilt from the beginning.
The first step is to discuss the structure of your property network, including the number of participating agencies or websites, how properties will be shared and which integrations are required. TPX can then be configured around those requirements.
Houzez is the primary WordPress integration for TPX, but the platform is being designed with an API-based architecture so additional property systems and data sources can be integrated separately.
XML feed integration is part of the wider TPX integration strategy. This will allow property data from compatible external systems to enter the TPX network without requiring every source to operate a Houzez website.
Yes. TPX includes a REST API architecture for connecting authorised external systems to the platform. API access uses authenticated clients associated with participating agencies.
Yes. Different organisations have different membership structures, property-sharing rules and integration requirements. TPX can be configured around the requirements of an association, franchise, multi-office agency or other private property network.
