TPX gives estate-agent associations the infrastructure to create a secure, private property network where approved member agencies can share selected property listings with one another across the network.

Each member continues to manage their own properties, website and branding. When an agency chooses to make a property available to the network, other authorised members can syndicate that listing to their own websites, increasing its exposure to more potential buyers without transferring ownership or control.

The originating agency remains the authoritative source of the property record. Changes to prices, property details, availability and other important information can be synchronized across participating websites, reducing duplicate administration and helping every member maintain accurate, consistent and up-to-date property information.
