Every TPX network is configured around the requirements of the organization using it. Unlike a standard WordPress plugin, TPX is a private MLS and property syndication platform that connects multiple websites, agencies and property data sources. An initial implementation fee therefore applies to hosted TPX plans.
Implementation covers the initial configuration of your TPX network, connection of participating websites, TPX Houzez Connector setup, API configuration, property-field mapping, testing and preparation of the network for operation.

TPX does not charge per property.
Our pricing is primarily based on the size and complexity of your property network rather than the number of listings being shared. This allows agencies to grow their inventory without being penalized for adding more properties.

* Unlimited properties are subject to reasonable-use infrastructure limits. Exceptionally large databases, media-storage requirements or unusually high API traffic may require additional server resources.
A connected website is an individual website or property system authorized to communicate with the TPX network.
For example, a private network consisting of one central TPX installation and five participating Houzez agency websites would count as five connected websites.
The central TPX MLS & Syndication Server itself does not count as a connected website.
